Ward was born at MonroeLouisianaon 14 April1976. Ward attended a private Christian elementary school known as Monroe Christian School. She attended Ouachita High School to complete her second year of education. She then transferred to River Oaks High School after the summer. She was a student at Northeast Louisiana University briefly after her graduation. Ward left school at the age of thirteen and relocated into New York so that she could begin modeling. A few years later, she decided to try acting. In the 1970s, she had a small part that was not credited on the daytime soap All My Children. Then she was cast in a role that lasted only a few minutes as NBC's prime time teen-drama Malibu Shores. Ward landed her first role on the Sunset Beach daytime soap opera, where she played the female virgin Meg Cummings. She began her quest for an acting career in the film industry, starring as The psychotic Brittany Foster in the erotic film The In Crowd. The film in theaters was a failure, but enjoyed an initial success on both DVD and cable. Ward appeared on screen in Shallow Hal in the year following, in which she performed a role of support. Her other acting credits include a variety of direct-to-DVD movies and appearances in television series, such as Friends. In 2009she was cast in the role of Chloe Kmet kothe mother of one of the gymnas in the ABC Family drama show Make It or Break It which was part of the cast in the first two seasons of the show. Her personal life was a bit more complicated. got married to the producer David C. Robinson and she had a son called Cameron and David.
